Can't believe that your management is so short sighted that you would turn a deaf ear to a long time member who followed your stated rules regarding giving notice of membership cancellation. This family has moved to a new state and you continued to bill them! I am talking about Kim Sunseri, who has posted below. Can't you help her out?
