Great gym network with a huge cross-section of different equipment and a very helpful staff at both locations.

What's not to love about this gym? It's perfect in every way I can think of. It's very clean with nice equipment. My husband and I have been members since 2011. I've had the pleasure of working with 3 different trainers and they're all terrific. I recommend it to everyone!!!

Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful, Mike the manager took as much time as I needed answering questions and explaining. He greeted everyone by name as they walked in. Erin the owner is super sweet and helpful, she helped to pick a trainer that would be right for me. And she was right, Heather is amazing, upbeat and motivating, I like the variety of people there and you dont have already be fit to work out there.
