RecommendedThis gym is great, they have so many nice, new machines, a very cool circuit area, a rotating rock wall & the outside area is awesome, there’s so many great ways to workout here, my favorite though is the classes led by Mike Sheffield!

My family and I have been members for a little over a month now and we are extremely pleased with the facility. We are all in to obstacle course racing and this is the only place we have found that provides equipment for OCR strength building.
Everything is great not a single complaint.
Been a great experience. I have been training with since July, 1st. I have now added 10 lbs of muscle and lost 7% body fat. I'm worried more people are going to find out about this secret gym.

Its been such a great experience being there. Personal service, they know me by name. Always clean and enough room to move around and get your workout in. The first gym I've consistently gone to. Highly recommended.
My husband and I have been going since they opened. It’s a good sized gym with very modern equipment. I mostly enjoy there yoga classes - Nikki, Patience and Lauren are amazing and experienced instructors and I am looking forward for each class. This place is one of the cleanest fitness centers I have been too, they even offer their guest essential oil infused towels 😁
