I can't rave enough about Fit4mom. .. it truly is an amazing organization.... The trainers are so encouraging and amazing. The Mom's are a great push as well as encouraging. So thankful I joined such an amazing group of women ♥♥♥♥ I encourage any moms out there that have little ones to join. Its such an amazing work out and stress reliever and so much more...
I wish there were 10 stars! To find an organization that combines fitness & friendships all while keeping my baby by my side is basically unheard of. Stroller Strides allowed me to do just that. When I joined I was immediately surrounded by incredibly strong women who were doing exactly what I was doing...raising a child and trying to lose some baby weight.
