RecommendedI recently just started Fit4Mom classes in Henderson and have really enjoyed them. The classes are challenging, but easily adjusted to my current ability level. I love that there is a class that I can bring my son. I hadn’t started working out because I never had the time to step away from my son. I also love that he gets to see other children and get out of the house. I would highly recommend these classes to any mom looking for a new workout and/or meet some other moms.
I’m so thankful for Fit4Mom Las Vegas! I joined shortly after I became pregnant and Jessica, the trainers and the other moms were so welcoming. Jessica is kind and helpful and always made a point to say hi. The workouts are well rounded and tough but fun! And my daughter loves the games that we play. Lucky to have this community!
Fit4mom has been the BEST thing to happen to me during quarantine! Working out with my little is hard (we’re thankful that Daddy gets to work so much!), and this helps me get in a great sweat session and us out of the house in a safe environment! My kid gets to see that there are more people out in the world and we both love it! Highly recommended! 💪🏼💪🏼

Love and appreciate this village so much. When I first moved to Vegas with my then 3 month old, knowing nobody and transitioning to being a full-time professional to a full-time stay at home mama, F4MLV was everything I needed. Great workouts to get moving, awesome mamas and babes for playdates and happy hours and more. I grew stronger and more confident in my mama role and also accomplished awesome fitness goals and milestones along the way (Shout out to run club!). Highly recommend for mamas of all stages!
Love FIT4MOM Las Vegas! I've taken classes before and enjoyed them very much. The instructors have been top-notch and very welcoming. The virtual programming organized during the pandemic has been very creative and I appreciate the efforts being made to keep this community of moms together. hi, I am 7 months pregnant and also have a 1 1/2 year old. we had our first fit4 mom class last Tuesday and everyone was so helpful and kind, really love that Katie our instructor took time to show me slow pregnancy work out's!
I started Fit4Mom when I first found out I was pregnant. I looked forward to class because I loved hearing about the other mama’s experiences with their pregnancies! I also loved being able to do a work-out that I knew was safe for me during my pregnancy. Once my daughter was born, I continued attending Fit4Mom classes. She just turned one! FIT4MOM Las Vegas exceeded my expectations on my first visit and months later continues to do so! I am so impressed by all the instructors and their ability to energize, engage and encourage me to push myself to do my best whether it is at a Stroller Strides class or a Body Back class.
