I have belonged to this club for years, since it was Pivotal Fitness. When it first opened, it was very state-of-the-art, including little TV screens on most of the treadmills. As time went on, things started to break and were not replaced. Broken equipment takes weeks to be repaired. Hello management? Can someone please return my phone calls? I have been calling for weeks with no response. I came in today and sat down with your GM who apparently has no authority to answer or fix any of my questions or problems. You have my name and my number on file. Don’t turn your employees into liars by telling me that you will call back and never do.
I used to love this club. I've been a member for over 4 years, since it was Pivotal Fitness, and the owners have done nothing to improve the site. Slapping up some vinyl on the walls and changing the name isn't progress. Machines have been broken since they took over, classes are regularly cancelled, and from what I can tell, they don't want to pay their employees. Best gym ever! The classes and the instructors are awesome. I would come everyday if I could!
Was a previous member here and then had a free membership through work so now that I am retired, I am returning.
Needs more class time offerings and newer equipment.....
