Recommendedonly place I know where you can sit down with the owner in the sauna after a workout and talk about your progress and life goals. The trainers are great I enjoy my time here always.
The instructors are very encouraging and do their best to help you reach your goals. It’s a family type atmosphere sort of like Cheers ... everybody knows your name.
Fit413 Health Club has one of the best trainers in Columbia SC! Insane Jermaine so come visit and get at least one free training with him!

Amazing staff and a very personal experience which makes a difference to me to know who is helping me with my fitness cares about ME , not just getting another customer. The batting cages are physically exciting to experience and very thankful my son is a part of their baseball PT ! It is a gift my son has this weekly experience that will effect his health fitness for a lifetime !!! Thanks FIT413!!! The Apples!
Love this gym!! No sales pressure, plenty of machines to use and classes to choose from. And if you need it they have a daycare. And they just recently opened their batting facility 😁

I have been a member of this club for 8 years. I suffered a knee injury and was trying to find a way to prevent reinjury. It wasn't until I started personal training with Adam Pavlicek that I'm accomplishing my goal. He's my 5th trainer at this place and by far the best one I've had. He understands how to make my body stronger and strengthen my knee support. Losing weight is a fringe benefit also.
