I am very satisfied with my devise. They were able to instructed me, even over the phone who to properly clean the device and function it. Thank you for the help, I really appreciate it.

I have been an amputee for many years and they worked with me to get me a new leg. They were able to explain what was needed and what to discuss with my doctor for the insurance company. I was so excited on how easy they were making this for me. The staff is absolutely the best and Scott is the best prosthetic in Utah.

Their doctor’s actually listen. I was having trouble with the prosthetic they provided me with in the beginning. It was a strange thing to get used to but they coached me how to feel comfortable using it.
They created a Cranial Remolding Helmet for my baby. I have a toddler who was acting up in the waiting room. Their receptionist actually calmed my screaming child down and occupied her so I could get the information from the doctor during our appointment. Great staff!
They were able to order the devices I needed. The orthotics fit my prosthetic leg so it catered to me perfectly. They made themselves very available for appointment times and follow up’s.
My device did not work correctly when I received it from the practice. I brought it in and they fixed the issue at no extra cost. I’ve gotten other devices that worked perfectly. I was lucky that they resolved the issue quickly so I could get back to my daily activities.
