Today was my actual first day of working out with my sister and my brother doing their dance exercises, I'm a professional dancer myself and boy did I get a workout. The energy, hydration, and protein shakes really made a huge difference because by the end I was getting very fatigued and those drinks helped! I am a dance athlete and I was sweating and am sore.
