Fantastic gym with great trainers and owners. They personalized an exercise plan for me and the results have exceeded my expectations. Ashley also helped me set macro and calorie goals and keeps me accountable with my diet. Emma is one of the best fitness coaches / trainers that I’ve seen at any gym. She’s enthusiastic and encouraging, while designing very difficult workouts that push me to my limit. Tim keeps the gym VERY clean and there are never any crowds. I made a great choice signing up here.
Fit One Five has offered me a path for training, recovery and nutrition that has given me real results. The trainers are amazing and the members are inspiring. These are extremely challenging workouts for me, but with their support I am feeling fitter, stronger and mentally tougher each week. Thank you Fit One Five!!

Great place to exercise. Ashley meets you where you’re at and helps you improve without feeling intimidated. The gym is always clean and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend.
