100/10 gym. I definitely would not get the same quality workout anywhere else. It always covers everything - weight lifting, cardio, mobility. The hardest and most rewarding hour of my day every time. And every single coach is fantastic which just makes it all the better.
Fit one five is a very personal experience. They listen to your needs and pair you with the best trainers! Alyssa is always willing to make any modifications needed during the workouts to fit your needs. She's very knowledgeable and kind and will work you hard.
Alyssa is an amazing trainer! She’s super welcoming no matter where you are in your fitness journey, makes the exercises easy to understand, and choose you on the whole way! Highly recommend Alyssa or any of the Fit One Five trainers.
