Austin at Fit One Five is so awesome! I worked with Austin almost 7 years ago after I had my youngest daughter, was at my absolute heaviest and worst shape i've ever been in. He was my personal trainer and taught me how to transition into fitness, loose that baby fat, and grow to love it! I started with Fit One Five after taking some time off during a basic motivational crisis that was interrupted by an unexpected surgery and further complicated by a return to office commute/schedule. So, I can truly say that, when I started back on my fitness journey, I did it knowing it was going to be difficult!
