I am so thankful for Dr.Alex. After over a year of shoulder pain and not being able to use it, in one appointment I noticed a difference. In just a few appointments I could do things I haven’t done in months. I appreciate his honesty and aggressive approach. You can truly tell he cares and that he wants to see you heal.

Alex is wonderful, highly recommend! My first consult, he was able to determine my issue quickly. My main concern was finding a long-term solution while also getting some quick relief. He provided me with stretches and easy exercises to do at home to help get back on track. As I progressed, he also provided more strenth exercises for long-term relief. As my pain worsens, I go back to the stretching then progress onto the strength exercises. Alex provided me with realistic expectations up front along with a plan to recovery. ... read more

I was dealing with horrible knee and foot pain to the point I couldn’t walk. I went in hoping they could help with the pain and to avoid surgery. Alex was quickly able to identify what was going on and after our first session had my knee moving and had me up and walking. He gave me exercises to do at home, and only took a few sessions to make me pain free and working out again. Alex really knows what he is talking about and genuinely cares about your health. Will recommend him and F.I.T. to everyone I know.

I've had a great experience at F.I.T. Muscle & Joint Clinic - Waukee working with Alex. He's personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. He helped resolve my neck pain through a combination of targeted stretches/exercises, dry needling, and chiropractic adjustments. Highly recommend if you're dealing with any muscle or joint issues!
