I’ve had a really great experience with Alex. He’s helped a ton with my knee pain, and since I do CrossFit regularly, that’s been a huge deal for me. I really like that he focuses on preventing issues instead of just giving a quick fix. He actually takes the time to look at how I move and gets to the root of the problem, which has helped me stay consistent with my workouts. Definitely recommend Alex if you’re active or dealing with any kind of pain.

Alex has been great. He is very knowledgeable in his profession. I’ve had major back issues for about five years and his techniques and training he provides for you is awesome and the techniques he provides you to utilize on your own at home is priceless.
Alex at the Waukee location is very knowledgeable and personable. He doesn’t sugar coat and gets down to the point of why you’re in his office. All the exercises are relevant to the injury/problem area and he listens to you if you need to adjust anything. Easy to talk to and quick communication when not physically in his office. I would highly recommend Alex at F.I.T. for anyone needing more than just a quick adjustment for a nagging pain or discomfort.
