I am blown away at how well tirzepatide is working for me! I feel great! Note: I have hypothyroidism, but I am not tired. I just finished my first four weeks, and I have lost 13 pounds. Only side affect was a little nausea... that's it. Drink plenty of liquids and eat a higher protein "very small" meals. I am not hungry, and I do not crave sugary sweets/ice cream. Again, I feel GREAT!
