RecommendedI have tried various weight loss programs but nothing worked. Barb set me up to succeed. She gave me all the ingredients I needed to start this journey. In 6 weeks I lost 15lbs. Barb kept me motivated and on track. Going to the gym always felt like a chore but I look forward to going to her classes. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

I am in my last week of the 6 week challenge and I am so happy I did it. It was the perfect kickstart to my weight loss and to getting back into shape. Barb has created an amazing program. I love the workouts and the community as a whole. Everyone is so supportive. I actually look forward to my 5:45am workouts. Barb really pushes you to give it your all. You definitely see the results! Barb and the Fit House team are hands down 5 stars!!!
