Barb and her coaches are amazing. They stepped up to help everyone out during covid-19. Supporting us, offering suggestions and alternatives to people without equipment and weights. Classes are never the same, always challenging and great. These classes have kept me going during the pandemic. I can’t thank Barb, Karen and Susie enough for being there everyday for us!

The staff are so encouraging, and all the members are like family, everyone truly helps, and encourages each other. It is one hr of fun!!!

Working with Barb has been great and I have seen changes in my appearance as well as my health. I tend to take Karen's classes because of the times offered, but every trainer is terrific!
