Rob and his team were awesome! I had been struggling with some hip issues for greater than 6 months. Previous PT experiences were good, but I still struggled with some pain. I was referred to Fit for Life by a good friend who spoke very highly of this group. I am so glad I contacted them. They were able to get me back to normal in a very short time.
