RecommendedLove this place! Everyone is so nice and truly listen to your concerns. I’m having hip problems and I’ve only went twice so far and I can already feel a difference doing the exercises and stretches. I truly look forward to going each week.
I’ve been to several PT clinics to deal with sports injuries in the last 10 years and Fit For Life has been by far the best! Angela is an amazing PT, and I find that their assistants who help with the exercises have been generally knowledgeable and experienced- a nice change from many PT clinics in town who seem to rely primarily on student interns.
Thank you! This is not the easiest recovery and sometimes I wonder when will it ever end, but it’s always a breath of fresh air when I walk in to the physical therapy gym. Fit For Life Has been a great support throughout this entire journey.

if you have issues that require PT this is the place to go....I've been getting help from different therapists and I have nothing but good things to say.
don't deal with Amy she is very arrogant and obnoxious. rest of staff is awesome
