I can't say enough about this gym. I'm not one to stick to a good exercise routine but Jeff and Katie are amazing people who keep it fun and are like family to me at this point. I have been a member for a year now and miss my workouts when I can't get there. If you are trying to find the motivation to keep an exercise routine month after month and turn it into a lifestyle change for good, do yourself a favor and give this gym a try.
