Felt good aftwards but I’m sore this morning! And not in a bad I can feel it all over the place ! Thank you guys! And I didn’t lift weights ! These guys really motivate you and push you and show you how to do the moves correctly, a mother of 1. I want everyone to get in here I know!
I started with fitbody bootcamp just over a month ago and I absolutely love everything about it. The trainers are amazing and their encouragement has helped me lose just over 15 pounds in 4 weeks. I never thought I would lose that amount of weight so quickly. The workouts are different each day, they have helped me focus on the whole body rather than 1 specific area and I have a lot more confidence each day... big huge THANK YOU!! I can't wait to see where I am in 1 year from now!!

I started going here with a Groupon to check it out. What I found was fun workouts that pushed me. It was what I had enjoyed in the past and what got me into a passion of health and fitness. I lost that when I moved out to California in 2015. I have found that passion again and love pulling my knowledge out of my head to put to good work. Working out at FBBC Napa has been AWESOME! I started in March and have enjoyed it immensely! It's the recipe for success for anyone who wants to be more fit and lose weight. The most awesome ingredients to this recipe are the tasty meal plans, the convenient class times, but mostly the trainers who motivate and keep the workouts fresh, the fellow bootcampers who support and inspire with their energy and comraderie!! After being recommended by a friend, I decided to give Fit Body Boot Camp a try for a change. One month later, I can honestly say it’s been an awesome experience I always look forward to. And with the help and motivation of all the trainers I’m seeing results that aren’t hard to see, mentally and physically.
I can’t thank this community enough! Ever since I started, coming into FitBody BootCamp has been my “me” time. With my busy schedule I love coming in and seeing the smiles and genuine welcoming vibe of the staff and coaches there every time. The workouts and coaches are TOP NOTCH!
