Best place to workout! Groups and couches are motivational and inspiring. I never thought I could do it but I am pushed past my comfort zone and finding I can do it.
I love fit for life. It's for 55+ and I'm getting my balance back and I have so much energy after 2 months. Great group of people trying to help 55+ get healthy. Best thing - I'm sleeping better! Try it.
