Boot camp is my new addiction! Coach Laura has taught me so much about how to take care of my health. Coach Andre is super motivating! I love his class. In less than two weeks, I feel so amazing about my body and my health. My self esteem AND energy level have gone way up. I just feel great all the way around. Thank you Napa fbbc!
I decided to do something for myself for my 40th birthday at the end of the month. This is just what I need to get my butt in gear. The work outs are fast and fun and always full of energy. Love it.

I love FBBC, everyone is so helpful and nice. I started here in February to get stronger after 2 knee replacements last year. I joined the small group class and my Trainer Kevin is awesome each day I'm getting stronger plus losing inches and a few pounds :0). I have even done the boot camp I throughly enjoy working out now and I look forward to it. I highly recommend this camp for all they are great!

My second day today...it's been a great experience ..The. Instructor is great, very encouraging....I thought I might feel ittle out of place as the newbie here, but I don't all..The people in the group are also very encouraging and make you feel right at home...I will definitely tell my family and friends about this place.!
