Words cannot describe how great Wendy is. She takes the time to actually talk about your goals and what you're trying to achieve and/or look like. I've always had spots on my face since H.S. and when we talked about the LED Light I had to try it. After just two sessions I could tell a difference with my skin. I went shopping today at Fit America for some healthy snacks to assist me in my weight loss journey and Wendy could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. She also let me taste test some items to see what I like best. Just had a smart cake and they are so good (and only 38 calories �) Thanks Wendy, I will be back very soon!
I absolutely love Wendy Neely and Fit America PA! I didn't think I would enjoy the sweat sessions in the infrared sauna as much as I do until I tried it. Now I'm there just about every week because I feel so great afterward. Not to mention burning up to 600 calories in one session! I've also been introduced to their smart cakes.
