I went to Fit America and had a phenomenal experience with my first time using the infrared sauna! I had some muscle tightness and wanted to relax. When I got out of the sauna, my back felt so relaxed as well as my mind! Wendy is so accommodating and helpful, explaining everything before the session! What a great way to relax my muscles and my mind! ❤️
Wendy and her staff are awesome, so nice, so knowledgeable and helpful. I went for a sweat session and loved the facility and she also helped me get protein bars that actually taste great and are filling. I was a little hesitant at first, but after Wendy showed me the facility and all it has to offer, this is so helpful to get healthy and change my lifestyle and habits.
I highly recommend this place! very nice facility. The owner is fantastic very one on one experience!
Strongly encourage the Vanilla Crisp bars! Taste as good as a rice crispy treat! While you're there stop into the infrared sauna to burn calories and lessen/eliminate any body pains you may have!
