RecommendedI went to Fit America and had a phenomenal experience with my first time using the infrared sauna! I had some muscle tightness and wanted to relax. When I got out of the sauna, my back felt so relaxed as well as my mind! Wendy is so accommodating and helpful, explaining everything before the session! What a great way to relax my muscles and my mind! ❤️
RecommendedWendy and her staff are awesome, so nice, so knowledgeable and helpful. I went for a sweat session and loved the facility and she also helped me get protein bars that actually taste great and are filling. I was a little hesitant at first, but after Wendy showed me the facility and all it has to offer, this is so helpful to get healthy and change my lifestyle and habits.

RecommendedStrongly encourage the Vanilla Crisp bars! Taste as good as a rice crispy treat! While you're there stop into the infrared sauna to burn calories and lessen/eliminate any body pains you may have!
