Awesome selection of tinned fish and fresh oysters
$8 for an onigiri that had *imitation* (pls distinguish this) crab & undersalted but overvinegared rice & mayo…wasn’t yummy by miles & it’s too expensive to not be superb…
Great quality seafood! Very fresh. The three stars is due to the unfriendly staff. They seem annoyed when asked for recommendations… maybe I’ve had bad luck, but it’s so consistent I avoid asking.
I’ve only had the onigiri and they were not good at all and expensive ($8/piece). The seafood was decent but they were placed in the fridge, which was weird but gave it a shot, and yeah the fridge totally dried out the rice. Can’t have dried out rice in an onigiri, totally ruined it. The packaging with a sticker on the back where you’re supposed to split it in half also made it challenging and not ideal. There are much better and cheaper onigiri in the city.
