Thank you, from the UK, for not declawing cats. We have never declawed cats here (ditto most of the rest of Europe - it is now banned in the whole of Europe anyway) and we manage just fine with fully clawed cats.
I don't personally go to this hospital, BUT, they get TEN ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because they DO NOT DECLAW CATS! Declawing is legal animal cruelty, amputation of all p3 toe bones. Any veterinarian that does NOT declaw does not perform legal animal cruelty and CARES for their clients.
5 stars well deserved for a clinic where cats are not declawed (The International Coalition Against Declawing)
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. McDermott and everyone at the Fishtown Animal Hospital. We brought our 8 week old pup here for his first well visit and they really made us feel at home and comfortable. Super friendly staff and clean and beautiful office. So happy to have them in our neighborhood!
