The staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The Office Mgr is very rude..looks right at you when you come in the door and does not say hello, merely looks away....

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their appointments are on time and offered at convenient times for working people. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be going back. Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best
