Customer service is terrible. Do not greet you when you come in the door. I had an emergency, called the office and was told that no dentist was available to help me and was not offered any alternative options. Called back a couple of times to try and arrange to take care of my problem and you could clearly hear that the person answering the phones was aggravated with me. I did not like this office anyway so it gave me the push to move on. I love the new office and dentist. Maybe I should thank them for being so rude... Much... read more

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Would you recommend this dentist to others? Yes

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures?
