Cannot express how frustrated and disappointed I am in this practice. I have a daughter that lost part of her cavity filling (that they had put in). Called them and could not get in to have it fixed for almost 2 1/2 months because first had to get in for an office visit (took a month to get in for that). My daughter cries when she eats as the other part of the filling has fallen out as we wait for them to fit us in. Some of the staff is amazing. Some are disdainful. Today I took my son for his first dental visit in years because he is terrified of the dentist. The staff was amazing with my son and definitely understanding about him being nervous. They didn't pressure him at all. He is definitely willing to go back. Thank you for having such a friendly and caring staff.
We love the whole office! Worth the 1.5hr drive we now have after moving. After some pretty bad experiences at other dentists, my kids weren’t wanting to go to the dentist. After FPD, they loved going to the dentist! Their whole staff is friendly and helpful every time! We recommend their office to everyone!
There is no other Peds Dentist in the city that matches FPD. The facility, faculty/staff and Docs are the best.. all 3 of my boys have been going since they were years old. 19, 16, 11..
Outstanding!!! I can’t say enough about how well my 4-year-old special needs son was treated. Everyone was kind, patient and understanding. And, he received excellent dental care.
