Although their drs and hygienists are wonderful and my children have been patients for 12+ years they seem to have some aggressive billing policies which I’ve recently learned. My children each had cleaning appts on July 6 2020. After insurance eob came through turns out we owed an additional $6 per child. $6 PER CHILD! No big deal right? Happy to pay it. However life got away from me and I did not call in my payment until Aug 25. 45 days after my children’s appt and they had assessed a $20 late fee on my $13 invoice. After ... read more
Was always worried about my son having a bad experience and wouldn't want to go back willingly, but it's always been good. They do an exceptional job making the kids feel at ease to let them do what's needing to be done.
We always have a positive experience at FPD! Everyone is so friendly and knows how to keep kids calm. They have the system down pat to run smoothly. And they are crushing adjusting to the new covid requirements.
My 19-year-old is transitioning to an adult dentist after being a patient at Fishers Pediatric Dentistry her whole life. We have always had a fantastic experience - from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to Dr. Ana, to the checkout. I have absolutely no complaints, which I don't think is common for most people after going to a dentist for over 15 years!
Dentist is patient and amazing with all the kids. Very relaxing environment for kids and it is great they explain what they will be doing to the kids. Staff is very pleasant and always smiling.
We take our 3 kids here and have since my oldest was 2, my second was 1 and by their third dentist appointment I started taking my youngest when she was 6 months old, best pediatric dental office in Indiana in my opinion, I recommend it to anyone in need of a pediatric dentist. The staff is absolutely outstanding, I have never met a staff member I didn't absolutely adore for their skills, patience, guidance, and care.
My kids love going to the dentist. Everyone is so sweet and kind to us.
