I had the best car buying experiences at Fisher Honda. My salesman Troy, was a dream to work with. He was quick to respond with the answers to my questions. He did an excellent job familiarizing with all the features and specs of the vehicle. I never felt any pressure and he worked with me to get in this car at a price I could afford. I hope like hell I don’t need another car for a really long time but if I do, I’ll be coming right back here.

Well Houston we have a problem - It seems I made an unfortunate choice of dealerships after all. I bought my KIA at Fisher at the end of the summer last year on a friends recommendation - of course who was to know that they were going to drop KIA and therefore messed up customers who bought the extended maintenance package. I need that money refunded - and I know you read these reviews so get back to me.
I am very pleased with the service I received at Fisher Honda Acura. Chris Howrey was the service tech that looked at my car. He is very knowledgeable and understanding. Even though I am an employee at Fisher Honda Acura, I would not take my car anywhere else.
These people sold my aging husband a used car w 14000 miles for full retail price, not used price and wouldn't make it right. Then in 2016 I thought I'd try to work with them again. I needed a vin verification and the service rep wrote down that I had a Toyota Tacoma but I clearly had a Toyota 4Runnee! I didn't see it! I took the paperwork to get my truck registered. We went to Fisher Acura/Honda to have our Acura MDX serviced for routine work. Six hours later we left with a new Honda Pilot Touring. Dennis Olmsted was great, taking the time to walk us through every aspect of the vehicle as well as meeting a price we could afford. The Service folks were great, too.
