The quality of service given at Fisher Honda Acura is second to none. We continue to purchase Honda automobiles from Craig Fisher because he is personally involved in the operations of his company and his professional staff exhibit his care and concern for the customers.
I have purchased nearly 10 vehicles from Fisher Honda, I can't remember the exact number it has been so many. This is the only dealership I will work with. Doc, my salesman and Scott Chatten the Sales Manager are both fantastic to work with. Even when I have moved out of state, I come back to Fisher to purchase my vehicles. They have been fantastic to me for years and years.
I purchased a Honda Clarity from Fisher in February 2018. The buying experience was great and I felt no pressure while negotiating through e-mail. Unfortunately since the initial purchase, I have tried to schedule service four times regarding Service Bulletin 18-069 (High Range Estimates) on my vehicle, but I just can't get through to anyone to make an appointment. Great dealership, friendly knowledgeable people who listen to your needs and don’t pressure you to buy. Our sales person, Rick Colbert was very professional, patient, considerate and knew how to get things done. I highly recommend him if you need a new car.
