Never again!! Horrible experience. Received my glasses, lens were defected, then had to pay to get new lenses. I received an email that my lenses were ready and that I could come in on Saturday. However, when I come in on Saturday, guess what, that time is. It for all services, so I now have to wait again. I work in healthcare and this is very bad customer service. So unfortunate.
I would recommend Joshua, because I walked in with little expectation of getting my glasses repaired. Not only did he fixed it in a timely manner & no charge, but he also cleaned it up. Thank you! #Omandi

Some minor concerns that I called regarding my $800 purchase of 2 pairs of glasses! Left two messages, one for office manager, and am still waiting for a return call! Very poor customer service

I have gone to the same practice for more than 25 years but it was time to make a change. I was a bit nervous but I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Lanier was so thorough and explained everything very clearly. She fit me in new contacts that I am thrilled with. Highly recommend this practice.
