RecommendedI had my first eye exam appointment with Dr. David Fisher today. As a new patient, I had lots of questions, and Dr. Fisher took the time to answer all of my questions. Everyone at the facility was great. I’m very happy to have found Fisher Eye Associates!
My wife has been a patient here for years. Loves Dr. Lanier! I recently came here because I had some debris fall in my eye and needed to have it removed. They were able to fit me in during their lunch hour and Dr. Fisher removed it quickly and easily. No pain and no issues. She even gave me some drops to help with the irritation. Today I took my son in for a eye exam...he has never been to an eye dr before but has been complaining about some vision changes while playing baseball. We had the most amazing person give him all of his tests. I don’t have her name but she is from Texas and she is amazing at customer service. However, the Dr came in, was so rude to her, I could tell she was embarrassed and felt so strange that the Dr was just being so hateful towards her. This place was great and we will definitely be back in the future for any eye glass needs or any eye needs. I can’t even put into words how hard it was to get someone to see a 5 year old during a pandemic. I called 6 different places but so glad my friend recommended Fischer’s. Dr.Gissel and Madison were so helpful. My daughter thought Madison was the nicest lady ever and kept asking to go back after we left. If you need glasses, or have a kiddo that may please call them for an appointment. They’re fantastic!! 💯💯💯💯
Excellent treatment and service in both the eyecare and eye wear parts of the practice.
Horrible experience today after a good interaction with doctor. They would not order lenses unless I send my frames with them. They know that this is b the only pair of glasses I have and have no explanation what a customer supposed to do in between the time they order the glasses and get them back in. Three associates all said that they don’t understand why that is the policy the owner has. It has nothing to do with the insurance and when I asked why that was a policy they just said blame the owner.

Excellent customer service. State of the art equipment. Both Marie and Dr Lanier were excellent. Took the time to explain and of course did a thorough eye exam. I couldn’t be happier with my visit. Thank you.
