I was cheated and lied to from my first step onto their lot. They sold me a car that doesn't exist (except in Detroit). In fact they never had the car on their lot. Yet they purposely misled me into believing that I was purchasing this "Unicorn". They say they made a honest mistake but how can it be? Without ever having seen the Unicorn, their salesmen being "Trained and Certified". This is not an isolated incident either. The rest of my new vehicle business is going somewhere else. The salesman did not keep me posted on the delivery like I had asked and the finance/ title guy didn't do what he was suppose to have done and tried to play me against the gal that actually does the titling, blaming her for his failure. Small complaints, but when a person spends $30k+ on a vehicle, the customer should get what they ask for.

Just plain incompetence in the service dept. I took my Patriot to get some parts replaced(inside the car not even a motor issue) And they had my car there for 6 hours called me back said they didn't have the parts and I had to come pick it up and bring it tomorrow. They are a waste of time and lack common sense and the manager Ken just sucks. No one ever knows what is going on. No stars!!!
