The sales team is great because they want your money. The service department needs classes on customer service and they need to learn to make their customers feel welcomed when coming up to the counter. I always feel like I am bothering them..

Horrible customer service at the service department. An appointment means that's when you are going to look at my vehicle, not what time I'm going to drop it off. That's like making an appointment at a doctor to be told the appointment time is what time you can sit in the waiting room and he'll get to you whenever he can. I won't be coming back.
