Jim saved us a fortune. Our 26 year old Pozzi casement wood window was termite eaten so the crank arm that opens the crank-out section had nothing to attach to any longer. The manufacturer no longer made this casement window much less the crank-out half of it. For a couple of thousand dollars they could make something similar but it would be a bit different than other adjacent windows. A contractor told us this was the only option.
