I had a very good experience with them . They were very responsive to my and the other tenants requests. They resolved every issue I had . They kept the property nice and made it very easy to reach them if I needed them. Overall my experience with them was great , and I would rent from them again .
Been having issues with the maintenance of my unit within the Fisher Bray Real estate Group. I've been here for 6 months and Since day one I've been trying to address the Air conditioning in my apartment. Communication with maintenance has been absolutely horrible and when it comes to the property management trying to work with me on the issues of the apartment I get charged fees. Lived in the same apartment for a year Roach infested and had to beg for maintenance then when I moved out I cleaned the entire apartment from top to bottom and they kept 500 saying air conditioner was dirty and I never ran the air conditioner I explained I never used the air conditioner and was told too bad I would not recommend this shady company to my worst enemy
During my 17 month rental history with Fisher Bray they could not have caused, created, or exacerbated more unpleasantness if they had intentionally tried. Be warned. Jay, the owner, and Stacey his right hand are the epitome of slumlords. Once you have signed the lease you are forgotten My old apartment at 325 NW 25th Street in Wilton Manors had ongoing, never resolved plumbing issues that resulted in me not having use of my entire bathroom for 36 hour periods of time.
