Horrible experience. We bought 2 alternators. Both were bad alternators. When we tried to get a refund. The manager said you need paperwork. We asked for them to check a credit card. We do not track credit cards. That is illegal. Then she tells us we do not sell USA brand alternators. So I called corparate. They do infact sell USA alternators. They even confirmed it in their electronic files. Which they this places says they do not keep. Beware, faulty parts and Horrible customer service.
