As a Real Estate Broker, I have come across many appraisers in almost a decade of being in business. Many very rude, but Steve was the complete opposite and wish we had a choice to always choose our appraiser!
I highly recommend Steve Fisher. I called him on a Friday asking if he could do a condo appraisal asap and he scheduled his visit for following Monday and delivered a very detailed appraisal with insightful narrative comments on Wednesday. He kept me advised throughout the process. Consummate professional which is quite rare these days! The broker said even she would like to use him. A great find...use him with total confidence!!
Kind , prompt , honest, professional, affordable ! I called Steve with an urgency to have an appraisal done . He was willing to go next day for the site visit and confirmed that he can have the appraisal done within days.
