One person can really ruin the whole experience getting surgery! My husband had to get cataracts removed for both eyes so two different surgery days. Both times and on the phone the same nurse (Denise) was very rude and had an attitude over the smallest things. We paid a lot out of pocket only to have horrible customer service. All of the other nurses and our Doctor was nice, but I didn't appreciate the attitude and disrespect to me and my husband. Wonderful nurses and great Dr! Everybody goes out of their way to see that you were taking well care of.
I had a great experience there yesterday afternoon. The staff was so kind and took care of my every need. I was so impressed.
Everyone very nice and helpful . We love Dr Berry Hill he's an awesome Dr and surgeon. I highly recommend him.
Bad day at Fish Pond Surgery! Started out great with the admitting process. With IV in place, I was left waiting on my surgeon to arrive by planned surgery time at 9: 30. At 10: 15 I was told the surgeon was running behind an hour, so that would be 10:30. Timed passed, no clock no call button, rails up and facing the back wall, I finally got someone's attention to help me to the restroom. At 12:15 my blood was boiling.
