Had a wonderful experience this morning! Gary the RN began my IV and reassured me that he would "treat me like his own" while in his care! He asked me multiple times if I wanted a warm blanket or socks to keep me comfortable before surgery. The rest of the staff was phenomenal! Very positive experience!
