Don't honor their warranty, I left message with the receptionist and she said her roofers make their own schedule. A roofer from a different company called me back. When I googled the names the both used the same business address.

This company installed the roof with a guarantee of 15 years and eight years later the water entered the bedroom because of a hole in the roof I called him more than twenty times at first he answered and promises to come and then refused to answer the phone and did not respect the warranty for his work.

I used Fischer years ago and received a new roof, I was given a guarantee of 15 years, there is no loyalty to returning customers they do not honor there guarantee as demonstrated by there lack of not showing up to appointments set they are a no show no call company I have called repeatedly spoke with Nina was told John was coming out that never happened we had to get a new company to come out to assess their work.
