Unfortunately, although Fischer Plumbing said that their work was guaranteed, they did not fix the problem. They also did not return my calls unless I called repeatedly. However, they did go out to check the problem twice, and were courteous when I talked to them. All in all, I'm very disappointed that I have to pay them and my water heater still doesnt' work.

Installed cracked valve. They said I would have to pay for service call to repair because I removed the valve to install cabinet. I did not see the crack until I removed it.
I received my bill from Fischer and was very suprised at the charge. The only work done was to plunge my toliet and tell me that "low boy" toliets have a reputation for clogging. No only checking was done. The charge was $60 for the call and an additional $25 for the plunge. Since then I have continued to have a plugged toliet where I have to plunge and add clog remover. I can see paying the service call of $60, but not the $25 labor for one plunge!
Plumber was taciturn and uncommunicative, even when job was finished couldn't tell me what it was going to cost, received invocie a week later for $50 more than I was expecting (apparently needed some undefined "parts/material" that showed up on the invoice). Not recommended if cost or clear communications is an issue, although he did good work.
