Lamb burgers are just amazing!
What isn’t good here?! Great group of knowledgeable butchers. Amazing quality ingredients. If you buy your meat somewhere else you need to try them out.
Bacon Burgers are amazing.
The Prime Rib is excellent but grab a couple of varieties of sausages as well.

Check the freezer for freshly frozen game, and always ask if they have anything special that just came in, in the back.
I have been looking for a place like this for years, glad I finally found it. Get two of everything ;-)
Had the ceviche today for lunch and took it To Go it was perfect and the shrimp were fabulous. The balance of acid and the creamy avocado worked well. I ledt with a few bacon burgers too!
