My experience with the Community Manager, Tona Ott, has been extremely negative. Unfortunately, she has proven to be harassing. Kind and courteous staff, attentive and responsive. They offer fair alternatives, and try hard to please the board of directors requests.
I just wanted to give a shot out to Thai and Abby who work with our property. They do such an amazing job and are always courteous and helpful. We recently had an event and the 2 of them handled it with ease. Appreciate everything they do!
NO HELP AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, completely nonresponsive
