I moved here from KY (military family), in March. I lived on base, and even though they had their own landscaping crew, they didn't do much compared to here. It's so clean!! Everyone is so nice! I had the pleasure of talking with Naidin Peralta at the community, Agave Neighborhood and she is so warm and welcoming and knows how to care for her community. Anyone interested in moving to this area, do it!! Very family friendly! Can't wait to be included in more community activities (the Easter egg hunt was fun!)
Kala squalls is amazing! Very courteous and responsive. Had an issue with HOA trees causing insurance issues and she got someone out a few days later to trim them.
Alyssa Enriquez went above and beyond to assist me with making a part of my move in smoother, as I have dealt with a lot of issues. She was kind and empathized with my needs and was very quick and efficient with her services with a professional attitude, and great customer service. Ms. Alyssa really helped my already hectic day with runarounds and being placed on hold and being transferred to multiple people, it was great to finally land with someone who took the time to address my concerns.
We lived at Parkside community since 2016 and would like to share our experience here. Since first year we received good and quick response for all the issues that we raised to Firstservice staff and it is so obvious that our Community Manager Tona Ott has great influence on the quick, efficient quality responses we received to every concern we had on the past and to the recent time. Thank you and appreciate your great help Tona!
Naidin Peralta was very responsive and helped me easily and quickly with replacing a key fob that seemed to be defective.
