I have asked for weeks now to have the grass next to my property fixed because it’s nothing but a pile of sand and it looks hideous. I’ve been told the property manager went out weeks ago and as of now I have still not heard one word from him. The HOA is notorious for not answering anything and they just continue to take my money. If I stop paying, I’m sure I will hear from them in an instant.
Not a professional organization. Hard to get any answers. It's like a revolving door for community managers. At least four managers have come and gone in Murrells Inlet location in one year. It seems that the company has a fear of managers building relationship with owners. Every time I have a situation that I need to talk to someone, I have to call many times to the 800 number. I've lived in Wynbrooke for 22 years. I find FSR to be the most unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. I don't think I have EVER talked to a property manager on the phone and I know I have NEVER received a call back the half a dozen times I've left a message. It is presently 1230 on a Tuesday afternoon. No one is available to take my call. The manager for Wynbrooke doesn't even have a phone number to transfer my call to.
