I want to appreciate Juan Lopez from Maintenance for being very helpful, effective and efficient when replacing my entrance door handle. I couldn't have asked for better. I also want to appreciate Malcolm, David and Philip from the Lobby Desk and Andrew and Alfred from Security team for helping me enter my unit while the door handle was broken. However, if you want to know more about this management company, just talk to any homeowner in Metropolis II in DTLA.
First Service has put together a great front desk/conceirge staff, the best in the 9 years we have lived at the Plaza Irvine. The staff, includes Leticia Calderon, Don McClain, Wilson Lim, Susan McNally, Ihsan, Jonathan and Frank. They are the best, curteous, helpful and above all, always caring for us. Kudos to Management here at Burbank Village Walk ! We have Jasmine Flores as our on site manager and she is an indispensable part of our community. Jasmine knows our building inside and out and responds to issues quickly or notifies the board so we can act. Jasmine takes her responsibilities very seriously and is a problem solver. I moved into this community a year ago and has noticed always great services from resident relations specialists from FirstService Residential. A Friday evening as I just got back from my travel, my door key was stuck that I couldn‘t pull out from the key hole. After trying several times, I called concierge if any on-site engineer could come to help. I was told to wait till Monday morning.
