I reached out 6 times to resolve the original contract intent and the current billing discpepencies as related to the original intent of a contract 46 members of the community agree⁸d upon. i will say this i want to say thank you for everything you all have done on another note i got let go because a resident lied on me with some serious stuff to the property mgr and i got let go over the phone didnt even have the respect to hear my side thats the only issue i had theres always two sides to a story dont do the next employee like how i was done

Do not ever use this Co. They are vicious and incompetent. They drained our budget and totally mismanaged our building. They should be sued for financial mismanagement and abuse of the owner. Horrible people.horrible Co. from top to bottom.
This company should be on the list of the worse management companies of all time. Lates Fees collections Costs , interest income ...They charge late fees and on top of that collections fees and interest income on top of that ..you zero your balance and they still charge you...They credit your money other account when they know they are wrong , they tell you payment was late so they add late fees then you should them delivery confirmation , they will come with something else...Is this even legal????Im thinking about moving fr... read more
First Service manages Marine Village camping club accounts. They are making unauthorized deductions from member's bank accounts. The are not providing answers to why this is happening and have not refunded the money. The person handling the account is 'out of the office' and only accepting e-mails.
