If there was a negative review, I would have given them. Think twice before using this company. We pay over $1K in dues to be harassed and badgered by them. Terribly inefficient and high turnover. They will send you letters for bills that you pay online even if you opted for electronic. They will harass you for things that you are clearly working on. Absolute waste of money. Don’t use them, they will terrorize and harass your resident to leave your neighborhood.

What a horrible service!!! 1 star is too much for their works.
Worst HOA around. They collect your fees and do nothing in return. HOA manager has never returned a call, text or email. Security fence down for 4 months with no repairs in sight. Neighborhood entry’s haven’t had new flowers or update in over 8 months.
Horrible Mgmt company. their Customer service never returns emails and when you call them, they have no clue and tell you to contact your community rep. Our community rep is Melissa Chestnut...... - not really helpful and never returns phone calls. Our community has been with first service for a few years now. I am hoping that our Board will look at going with another company next year. Many homeowners have shown their dissatisfaction with first service. I do not want HOA dues going to them.....they just are their to collect... read more
