In our community, which is managed by First Service Residential, we are experiencing challenges with responsiveness (or lack of) from the Homeowners Association regarding community issues. For instance, the streetlights have been out for a month, and the exit gate is malfunctioning. Despite these concerns, the community manager has not yet provided a response.
