This review is related to HOA. They are quick in charging fines but not in responding if you are trying to explain that was a mistake and also going through HOA for modification is very painful. You can't even reach anyone for anything. The other side is always a black box.
Bobby and Krissie at Paloma Lake are extremely helpful and friendly. They booked my reservation for the amenity center quickly and provided awesome service!
The new ticket support and not being able to talk to a property manager or a human is a mess. Either give us the correct payment site or just go back to paper
