I find it incredibly ironic that one of First Service Residential's mission statements is "Be Genuinely Helpful," because in my experience, they are anything but. Whoever is in charge of the Austin portfolio clearly needs to pulse check their hiring managers — they have no idea how to treat candidates with respect. I sent multiple emails and never received a single follow-up, not even a courtesy call or acknowledgment. So I was experiencing some erosion to my property and may have structural issues later plus my landscaping could use a upgrade to give curve appearance I snapped into action and contact HOA and was going back and forth until I was messaged by Kala Heldoorn.
