The absolute worst management service in Los Angeles. Do your research and think twice about buying a property managed by them. They don’t respond to simple requests to understand your bill. Or, they promise to address your request and vanish. They add charges with no explanation. How do they get away with this? What are they hiding? How do they get away with hiding it? What do they spend on lobbying in CA to stay in their position? Who do they have in their pocket? Prospective homeowners beware.
